Effective June 1st, 2023, guarantee invoice payments can be made directly through eModal via the new Invoice Payments feature! Effective June 19th, 2023 we will be retiring the legacy payment process and will no longer be accepting paper checks, wire transfers or incoming ACH and at that point guarantee invoice payments will only be accepted through this new feature on the eModal website. Please see below for instructions on how to easily manage, track, and pay your Gate Fee Guarantee invoices with your eModal ACH account.
Please note the below regarding paying guarantee invoices:
- The Invoice Payments page is only available for users with “payor” access within their affiliated company.
- Gate Fee Guarantee Invoices can only be paid with online ACH/eCheck accounts. Credit card and debit card payments are not supported at this time. Need help setting up an ACH/eCheck account as a payment method in eModal? This article can help: How to add or edit a payment source.
Invoice Payments Page
Once logged into eModal, navigate to the Invoice Payments page under the eModal Community Portal tab.
The Invoice Payments page will display invoices due for your company. Invoices can quickly be identified by their description and item reference number, which correspond to the invoice notice sent via email.
To pay one or more invoices, begin by selecting the invoice(s).
Then, select the payment source in the bottom right corner. It is important to note that Gate Fee Guarantee invoices can only be paid by ACH.

Once you have chosen your preferred payment source, select Proceed to Checkout in the bottom right-hand corner.
Agree to the Terms of Use.
Select Confirm. Please note that once paid, an invoice will no longer display on the invoice list.
